Shoot 'Em Up

Went to meet the guys for dinner and lan yesterday! Got to finally see Say Haow and Edwin after a long time! And Edwin always say I grew taller LOL When we first met CR at Borders bookstore, I was thinking, CR+bookstore=no link. What could he possibly be doing there? Turned out he was looking at those humor books, like one that teaches you Singlish, or one that consists of a variety of drinking games, or the one with creative vulgar names to scold people. The last book was hilarious, CR and I flipping through various possible names that sound crude yet extremely funny.

The 4 of us(CR, Jeff, Kenny and I) ended up eating at Swensens. The family sitting beside us gave us some card that allowed us to redeem an Earthquake: some dessert consisting of 8 scoops of ice cream of our choice. They said that it was because they had two, and only could finish one. Plus, the expiry date was the following day. I personally felt that we should have given the card to another family, like the one sitting a couple of tables away from us. There sat a family with 3 kids, and I'm sure the ice cream would be enjoyed more by the kids than us. I mean, sure we would enjoy the ice cream but... imagine getting a free balloon. You'll enjoy carrying a balloon around, but can that be better than giving the balloon to a kid and see the smile on his face? And we already had two free ice creams(from the top-up) and I was gonna get my Chocolate Crunch. Oh I love the Chocolate Crunch! The chocolate ice cream, the cereal, the liquid chocolate... sinful yet satisfying! :D So anyway, that was why I went ahead to order my own ice cream and not touch that Earthquake. I'm not saying we were wrong, that we cannot enjoy it. I just... I dunno... feel that way. As we left the rest said the guy from the family was looking at me, presumably waiting for a "thank you" or something of that sort, but I did not notice. I mean, I did not touch the ice cream at all.  Neither did I notice him. Is it wrong of me? I wonder...

Met Say Haow and Edwin after dinner(no idea how they can roam at Parkway for so long) and we eventually went to play lan. Oh! And there was this lady at Parkway closing her booth, and she was squatting and she did not wear underwear and her jeans were either too low or small because I saw the sickest ass crack ever! I nearly burst of laughing, but I quickly walked past her. Only Jeff noticed it too.

Now, I play lan mainly for L4D2, because other games can be played from home, or not worth playing. I was so looking forward to L4D2, considering we've not been playing for quite a while. However, yesterday we only got to play a bit, and it was not as satisfying as usual :( But, Battlefield 2 and Counter-Strike was rather fun! Especially BF2! Rather hilarious game. C&C: Generals was rather... fast. My team got raped quite fast. LOL

New year's eve, and we're still planning! D:

The Bat And The Bean

Well, I've been stuck in camp for a couple of days, and I must admit I'm not used to staying in camp again. I've been on leave and off so much this month I do not feel like I'm in army anymore. Staying in feels... unfamiliar. But it's good, despite coming back for a 2-hour talk. I get to see all my operators and fellow specialists for a bit! But because my duty was on the following day, I spent my Tuesday rotting in camp. Ended up watching Bombshells From The Sky on Crunchyroll from my iPod Touch. Rather random show, but good enough to keep me preoccupied! Also played the new Monster Hunter Portable 3 for PSP! It's in Japanese, but the English patch is sufficient enough. Watched the anime in my PSP too. I literally lay in bed the entire Tuesday...

Duty was spent sleeping, television, sleeping, television. Watched more Mr. Bean and the super old Batman Returns. For it's time, it was a really impressive dark movie. But it cannot possibly surpass The Dark Knight, right?

On the way to camp on Monday night I was sitting in the bus, and the lady(mind you she's pretty good-looking if I say so myself) standing beside me seemed to keep leaning towards me. Her body was pressing on my left arm, which I tried to ignore while playing my PSP. I think she dozed off halfway because suddenly she leaned a lot on me O.O So much that I... er... could kinda feel her chest on my shoulder. I was pretty worried she'd shout "molest!" and get me arrested for nothing. Once or twice, I shifted my body because I was feeling numb (it was quite a long journey from Tampines to Yishun, with no stops in between), and all I did was rub my arm on her body even more. She shifted away her body for a bit, but soon it would be leaning on me again -.- Fortunately, she found a seat soon after.

Anyway today was rather uneventful. And my internet is really getting on my nerves. Have a few ideas for some CR Productions™ comics though, shall pen them down soon!

Meeting the guys tonight for dinner. Dying to play lan! Never played for so long...

Tomorrow's New Year's Eve and still no plans :(

X'mas BBQ!

The BBQ yesterday was awesome!

Jeff dropped by my place to put down the chicken wings in the afternoon before we headed down to CR's place. We met up with Kenny and got all the other food, like bacon, satays, beef patties, etc. After that Jeff and Kenny went to cut their hair at Joemil's. I was contemplating whether to cut, but there was not really much for me to cut. I mean, I probably needed to trim my sideburns. And the place was so cold! The whole time we were looking at the sky, hoping that the dark clouds would go away. Kenny said we walked past Dawn at Parkway Parade, but I did not notice.

At my place we met CR and Jokhie, and started swimming! The sky looked really bad, like a downpour would occur any minute. Jokhie borrowed some swim wear to join the fun! The rest came one after another the rest of the evening. We started the BBQ at around 5pm, but tried not to cook too much, waiting for the rest to come before we end up finishing the food. We had loads of fun that night, and there was the gift exchange! We played charades after that, and by then it was around 10pm. After majority have left, the remainder of us went to swim in the really cold pool at near midnight. The water was really cold! I was shivering like crazy! We ordered McDonalds' and played poker until 2am. My ass was so cold from my soaked clothes and chilly wind that I thought my ass would wrinkle.

Sian. Book in :(

What's that weird rash on my skin? o.O

Merry X'mas!

Merry Christmas everybody! Sorry that I've not been blogging!

Yesterday, I spent my duty watching the classic Mr Bean shows and play Monster Hunter Portable 3! It's in Japanese, but with the English patch it's just fine. I mean, I've played full Japanese games like God Eater and survive them, so this should be no kick. I love those Felynes!

Duty ended at 7am this morning, but because I planned to go to my uncle's place from camp, I stayed in camp until 10:30am before booking out. Too bad everybody needs to come back to camp on Tuesday morning, spoiling my Monday and Tuesday leave :(

Had a lot of fun hanging out with my Mom's side today! All the playing and eating, and catching up to do! Meeting them again next weekend at Botanical Gardens!

Tomorrow is the BBQ with CR gang! Hope everything goes well! Please don't rain :D

Anime songs are really nice, somehow... I wonder why?

Feeling Beachy

Yesterday went Sentosa with my battery for cohesion. I thought it would be a flop, since I kind of planned it while going overseas, so preparations were really...unprepared.lol But the day turned out to be fun! The sky looked like it was going to rain but it did not! Cloudy, but the sun did come out for a bit. Which is fortunate because the sun was scorching hot! Our feet were burning on the sand. Jing Yuan and I swam to the small island just in front of Siloso beach. Nice~ Got a bit of sunburn on my back though...

I'm sorry for not updating my blog the past couple of days. Call of Duty:Black Ops is distracting me!

Oreimo and MM! have ended! So sad T_T But the endings were really nice. Especially MM! Despite having rather lame episodes, the anime ended with a really normal and nice ending.

Duty tomorrow on Christmas Eve! Ho ho ho...

Interesting weekend ahead :)

Penang Day 2

Day 2 of our Penang trip started with a nice breakfast! I think it's nice, because my flu still prevented me from savoring my food. There was bacon, sausages, cereal, yogurts, fruits, eggs, prata... the dream breakfast to start the day with! Since we were going to the resort at around noon, we needed to pack up our stuff. We spent the morning watching some really old, lame movie with very lousy effects. You should have seen how the people died. CR and I accidentally broke part of the door, which fortunately the management did not make us pay. Eventually we changed the channel to ESPN, where some volleyball semi-finals was being aired.

Just when we thought the hotel was awesome, the resort showed us an even higher level of awesome! I never stayed at such a nice place before! Check out the photos I took of the room! And CR's room had a baby crib in it. Quickly changing, we went to the beach to try out all the water sports! Unfortunately the weather did not look too good for us. We started off with the paragliding, going in pairs. It was really nice, seeing the sea from a bird's eye view. I saw many jellyfishes in the sea, which means better not swim in the sea. When landing I did everything fine, except the people suddenly tell me to run while landing. That instruction was so last minute Kenny and I did not have time to start running; we just crash-landed.

Next was jet ski! Boy, did I love it! We went in groups of 3, CR,Rosh and I going first. The speed was exhilarating, and it was simply addictive. Somehow the next 3 seemed to end so fast o.O

By the time we went on the banana boat, it was starting to drizzle. The ride was rather short, and I expected the speed to be much faster.

After all the fun, we went for dinner somewhere outside our resort. Eggplant is surprisingly tasty, and their pizza was nice! We came back to stone for a while to wait for the flea market to start, at which I decided to go to the lobby and use the free Wi-Fi. The flea market stretched a long way down the street, and it was crowded. The guys bought some funny shirts, which I did not bother buying because they were not as funny as the ones I saw in the mall the day before. I saw a lady taking a wallet from one of the stall, and I thought she was the stall lady and was simply arranging it. But she walked off and I realised she had just shoplifted! The lady working at the stall was eating her dinner, so she did not notice.

After all the walking Jeff and XX headed back to the resort, while the rest of us went to try KFC's cheesy Zinger! CR ordered the chicken meatballs and chicken meatball soup as add-ons -.- Dipping the burger into the extra nacho cheese was just orgasmic! Rather nice supper! :)

Back at the room, we guys went to play drinking games while XX went to sleep. We tried so hard to finish the alcohol, playing I Never Ever to quickly down it all. Jeff was pretty tired, so we told him to go rest. The rest of us, still being high, went on to dance to music and do really stupid stuff for some time. We took many photos with Kenny's camera, which he now does not plan to upload at all because we did a lot of stupid stuff that night.

By the time we KO'ed, it was 3am. I think.

They Should Call Tron Legacy Flynn Legacy

Just came back from Tron Legacy.

*Potential Spoilers Ahead*
I do not understand why it's called Tron Legacy. I mean, Tron is just some dude who was friends with the guy who created the Grid. How is this movie his legacy in any way? Maybe The Grid or Flynn Legacy would be a better title. 3/5 stars only.

Worrying about cohesion, battalion run, and duty on Christmas Eve. Damn...

Penang Day 1

The day started with me going to CR's place at 5am on Thursday morning, because he dad was going to give me a ride to airport. On the way we picked up XX as well. I saw both of them carrying bags, while I brought a small luggage, and realised I should have done the same. So anyway we went to the airport, where Kenny and Rosh were there. Jeff was a little late, and his father came along to help us get the air tickets. XX gave us some cool Casio watches from her Cambodia trip. We went for breakfast inside the airport after that, and took quite a while before we found somewhere to eat. Only Jeff and XX bought a worthwhile breakfast, which was those toast with egg and coffee. The rest of us bought either noodles or chicken rice, which were overpriced and lousy. I was not too sure, because I could taste nothing with my stupid flu. Tried to check my Castle Age at the internet kiosk after that but got dragged away XD So anyway we went to our boarding hall and waited for our flight(where I managed to update my Castle Age :D).

When I first step into the plane, I got a shock. I've never taken Jetstar before, mostly Singapore Airlines because my father could get free tickets. The plane inside was narrow, having only two rows of 3 seats each, divided by a small aisle. Fortunately it was not that small, because I somehow was not crushed to the side by CR sitting beside me :P It was a short flight, and somehow the altitude affected me pretty bad. The pressure on my head was really bad, and I do not recall ever experiencing so much pain from all the pressure before. Was rather relieved when we finally landed at our destination!

At Penang, we headed to our hotel first. Took us a while to find the bus stop, but with the helpful lady at the information counter we managed to find it. And the bus came just as we reached the bus stop! The bus ride was quite long, but we got to see the streets of Penang! Compared to Singapore, Penang was rather... spacious. Only our hotel area was somewhat crowded. Singapore is so densely populated, with all the HDBs and malls everywhere.

The hotel itself was amazing. A huge Christmas tree greeted us when we stepped in. We checked in, and put down our stuff in the rooms. Unfortunately the view consisted only of buildings, with only the mountains at a distance away. We went to the 7-Eleven outside the hotel to get for XX some cough sweets, and walked around one of the malls. But because it was in the morning, the shops were not open and it was empty. So we went to try out the food at Penang! Out of all the 3 places we went, only one was really good. The first was this small old shop, where we ordered char kway teow, laksa and po piah. Only the kway teow was nice. Even the lime juice was wierd. The next place we went was good. It was crowded, which meant it would probably be nice. We tried the chicken, some malay food, and char siew among other stuff. The char siew had too much fats in it, but the chicken was good. So was the lime juice! The 3rd place was the worst. We had ice kacang and rojak, which were way too sweet. Yucks.

After trying the food we headed back, looking at several shops for volleyballs. At one of the shops, we were about to pay up for the volleyball when the guy said that it cost 124Rm, which was around $60. No way was I going to pay for it. The guy had already put the ball into a plastic bag, but we just told him we would not be buying it. We quickly left the shop before anything else happened.

Back at the hotel we played Monopoly Deal and charades, the theme being movies. And was the charades funny! Crazy movies like Basic Instinct, Alice in Wonderland and Requim of something... by the time we finished it was dinner time and we decided to have rahim burgers, which was not opened during the afternoon so we decided to return again. XX went to buy a camera while waiting for the burgers. And I must say, the burgers are a cut above all those ramly burgers we have in Singapore! Nearly ate a second one, but thought the better of it.

After satisfying our stomachs we headed back to the hotel, but stopped by some shops to get a volleyball and some really funny clothes! We went to Giant to get some drinks for the nights to come too. Jeff, XX and Rosh decided to go swim, while CR, Kenny and I decided to get our shades. The malls were now full with people, and the shops were open! First we went to find CR's handphone battery, although I do not know why he would want to buy from Penang. We went to the small booth in the mall and asked for the charger. She said that she did not sell it, but we could find at Nokia stores. CR asked her where was the nearest Nokia store, not realizing that we were standing beside one... another shop we checked sold an "original" battery at half the original price, even giving a 3-month warranty which was useless to us. In the end CR did not get the battery. He did not even bring his phone along to test it -.- We went to get some funny shirts, and I passed my favourite one to CR because there was only large size left, and I might as well get a medium size one. Next we tried on the shades at this small shop on the ground floor. After trying so many pairs for so long, we told the guy working there that we would walk around and come back later. He gave us a rather angry look that we quickly walked off. On the second floor we found a shop selling more shades, and we happily tried on different pairs. Eventually we found "the ones". I asked the lady working there to hold onto them for us while Kenny tried on some hats, but she must have misunderstood me because she went to put back the shades when we went to the hats. She thought I told her we did not want those shades, and we went to find our shades on the racks again XD After all the shopping we went back to the hotel, where the other 3 were waiting for us to hit the sauna and massages.

After much discussion we guys went down to try the sauna, while XX rested in the hotel room. At the sauna was the gym, and after seeing the gym we decided to go hit the gym for a while! After the nice workout we went to try the sauna, and was it interesting! I've never stepped into one before, and my first time was good! Sweating it out never felt so refreshing!

XX had went to bed by the time we returned, so we guys went out for late night supper! We tried so many good food like the chicken wings, the porridge, omlette and satay! There was a shop playing cool music which made the night mood even better! Just as we finished our night meal the stalls started closing.

I honestly cannot remember but I think we slept after that, to prepare for the next awesome day!

Castle Age Stuff!

Sorry to waste a post on this, but just thought I'd show my progress! :)

That guy's a few level higher than me, but my army is waaaaay bigger. His was 2, mine was 60. Apparently, the bigger the army, the more troops and stuff you throw into battle :D

Castle Age

Today met CR, Jeff and Kenny for dinner at Swensens and lan. Unfortunate for Sihua to be so exhausted from work. Don't give up Sihua! Think of all the Zara nonsense you can buy in future! XD

The main point of this post is for me to talk about my Castle Age! I only started last week and I'm already at level 59! And finally a guild has accepted me in! Plus, my army is growing! Now I can send 6 generals to battle! Awesome! :D To think I was against Facebook games. Actually I tricked myself. I thought this was iPod Touch game, because it's ratings in the Apple store was quite good. Only after I started did I realize it was a Facebook game. But since I've started, might as well carry on! Helps to kill time in army too!

Cannot wait for the trip!

Christmas celebration, guys?

I just remembered. The music videos for the old Linkin Park songs are quite cool!

Same Rank, Different Age

Today at the medical center in my camp, I had to wait so long for my turn to see the doctor because there were quite a few people who showed up earlier than me. And I went there 10mins after it opened. And looking at them, they seemed to be visiting the medical center just to get status. I mean, they did not look sick, sitting there laughing and talking cock. Meanwhile, I was trying to stop my nose from leaking like a tap. One specialist sitting beside me got a call, and he said something like," I'm at MO now. Because my throat feel a bit pain." Please... Strepsils were created long time ago -.- Do not waste the time for people who really need to see the doctor.

The doctor was kind enough to ask whether I would need a MC, which I really needed. If I am to recover before the trip, I need to rest as much as I can. Anyway, I was waiting to collect my medicine, and the guy at the counter called out "3SG Ng..." Well, he was going to say my full name, but you know how weird my name is. 99% of the people who tries to read my name will get stuck. Another patient, who was also waiting for his medication, stood up and went to the counter. Now, he was probably in re-service because of his age and the fact that his uniform is the old one. Thing is, he's a 3SG, like me. I felt a bit weird to go up and collect my medicine. I mean, we're of the same rank, but he's an old guy while I'm, well, me. I made sure not to look his direction when I left the medical center.

Wanted to take a cab home, because I really felt damn screwed up, but no taxis. I walked down the road and still no taxi. Really, taxi drivers are infuriating! There's never a cab when you need one!

Basically, I got home, took my medicine, and collapsed on my bed.

My sister just bought some Lego Lamborghini, which costs $99.90. Wow.

Oreimo is going to end soon! Last episode! So sad... T_T

Really, really tempted to play WoW!

2 Sick 2 Sleep

Last night sucked. My throat felt so uncomfortable that I could not sleep. I had to blast my iPod Touch and listen the night away until I was really really sleepy, which was probably nearly 3am... And my sickness seems to be only getting worse :(

Hope I can apply for off for today and tomorrow to rest up. If they deny my off because I'm "the only spec left and today's system check" then...

Transformers 3!

I just saw the trailer for the upcoming Transformers movie! Comes out on 1st July next year! Cannot wait for it! :D If Rosh did not tell me about it I wouldn't know till God-knows-when...

Why do I fall sick now of all times? Hope I can recover in time for the trip!

Now who is that?

Saturday Night Fever

Despite not going Zouk Out, the Saturday was still awesome! For me it began with Rosh and I heading to *scape at Orchard to see my friend's band perform. However, they seemed to be delayed and because of our tight schedule, we left without getting a chance to see their performance. I did get to buy donuts though :D

Next was Rapunzel! I'm not sure how Kenny, Deren and Sihua are able to watch it straight after watching Harry Potter. If it was me, I'd be too exhausted! But Rapunzel was nice! Like, really nice! Although they had quite a bit of singing... once I kind of felt like it was a scene from High School Musical or something. Still, great movie! Highly recommended! (Y)

Next we escorted Sihua to Zara for her to shop. Felt a bit bad letting her shop alone. I see othe girls shopping with friends, while we guys simply stand outside Zara and chat while waiting for Sihua :/

Dinner at Hand Burger! Despite it's size, the burger is really filling! I underestimated the burger, alright. It tasted so nice, and satisfied my hunger! Worth the price, although I do not think I'll eat it again so soon!

After dinner we went for karaoke! Managed to drag Deren along! Admit it, man, you enjoyed it! Too bad we did not have enough time for songs like "Airplanes" or Justin Bieber's "Baby". XD

Played lan from midnight till 3 plus... awesome. L4D2 was a bit disappointing because it was so hard to have a proper game. But Battlefield 2 was very fun! Seriously I was a bit lost in the game but we had fun running around as a squad!

I finally booked in just now at 4 plus, and I doubt I'll fall alseep. Think I'll report for duty at 7am later before sleeping :D

Holiday Spirits

My friend was discussing with me what Christmas gifts to buy, and I wonder what happened. When we were young, we always looked forward to presents for Christmas. Soon, we tell our parents what we want for Christmas, which is quite sad. I mean, Christmas is not about getting what you want, but rather to exchange gifts, spend some quality time, and kinda celebrate the birth of Christ. I put kinda because I actually do not really celebrate Christmas for that..heh. And now, at 20, Christmas is just a holiday to me, where there's no work/school. I do not feel excited as Christmas approaches. I do not plan on giving gifts, though I would like the feeling of giving. Because nobody seems to exchange gifts anymore. To put in bluntly, I think the Christmas spirit is dead within me. And it sucks :(

The same can be said about birthdays. I use to tell me parents what I would want for my birthday, as if my birthday was a "I can choose what I want and they must get it for me because it's my birthday, my say" chance. And I feel rather disappointed with myself. Sure, there are things I want to get in life, but I cannot use my birthday like some trump card to get it. We should be thankful for whatever gifts we receive, because it's always the thought that counts. That's why for the past few years, whenever my parents or friends ask me what I would want for my birthday, I would tell them that it's okay, they did not need to get anything special for me.

My body is still aching... :(

Oh. I watched Grown Ups and Vampire SucksGrown Ups was okay I guess, though I think the storyline was rather blah. Vampire Sucks was considerably funny, like the wheelchair dude jumping over the tree trunk. I swear I laughed so hard at that scene, 'though I'm not sure why I found it so funny.

But if you ask for what I really wish for, is to find love :)

Facebook-ing

Recently I started playing a particular game called Castle Age on my iPod Touch, which turns out to be a Facebook game. I usually do not bother with Facebook games, but since I started with this might as well just play on for fun!

Oreimo is at episode 10 and it is still awesome! The funny stuff that happens in life... Bakuman is also becoming more interesting, despite it being an anime about two teens aspiring to be manga artists. Fortune Arterial is finally moving on from school stuff to vampires, which makes me want to watch it more. Oh, and MM! fluctuates, though I've yet to catch episode 10.

Facebook's new profile layout is so messy! Will need some getting use to. And I created a group for CR Productions™! :D

Everytime I want to blog, I forget what it is I want to blog. Damn.

Sayonara, Telok Kurau Secondary

Yesterday met the gang for dinner and chilling! Met up with Sihua, Kenny and Jeff for dinner first at some Japanese food place. I do not see what is so awesome of the sashimi -_- And the wasabi did not help at all! But dinner was fulfilling nonetheless! Met up with CR and Rosh at Marine Parade since their class gathering was there too, and we headed to Sihua's place to hang. Sihua slapped her damn dog! O.O Felt sad for that bugger because when he tried to stand he hit his head against the table. We tried to play cards but in the end we got distracted by America's Got Talent. Deren dropped by some time later and we all talked the hours away. Thank God Kenny drove! Means no need to spend on cabbing! :D

It was only yesterday that my friends and I were discussing about Telok Kurau Secondary and all the nonsense there. It was some neighborhood school that I was so happy to leave after 4 years. I did not think I would even miss that school. After all, it's going to be demolished soon. But today I noticed this disc lying beside my television, and found out that it was from Telok Kurau Secondary! Turns out it came from some goodie bag, which I'm still not sure how I got one. Anyway, inside the bag was this 2011 calender, and it showed all the teachers in the school. Looking at these stuff, I realised that I would actually miss the school. My 4 years of secondary school life was going to be demolished. Kind of makes me regret making fun of the people there and looking down on the school. I mean, despite being in a neighborhood school, the school was able to help me get good results to get into a junior college. It was there that I met friends who I will be with for the rest of my life. I remember the overnight Maple-ing. I remember the "haunted house" event. I remember Miss Kwek swearing the F-word at me. I remember getting caught playing chess with CR in chemistry. I remember Board-of-Directors meetings for Interact Club. I remember drinking pepsi while discussing about Red Alert 2. I remember the strap of my bass drum snapping during the 40th Anniversary. I remember drawing CR comics. I remember stupid St. Johns. I remember the fake Friendster profile of Tracy Bok. I remember the day we got our 'O' level results. I remember all the drama in class. How can I not miss Toilet Kurau Secondary? (Pun intended, because the school had some new toilet urinal system)

So yea, I never really loved Telok Kurau Secondary, but I know I'll miss it. Kinda.

I heard this band practising Linkin Park's "New Divide". They used both male and female vocals. Good move! Makes the cover sound nice!

The Truth At Secret Recipe

Before I get to today, let me tell you about yesterday. There was this couple riding a motorcycle while my team was on the way to duty. We were sitting at the back our vehicle, which is kind of like a lorry. And the girl who was riding at the back was so f***ing hot! But that's beside the point. The point is, when their vehicle was so far ahead of us, we could smell her perfume from where we were! She must have spammed the whole bottle on herself before leaving her place! O.O

Today was half day! So I met my family at Tampines 1 for lunch, and we went Secret Recipe. Let me tell you, the service there sucked. Our food came in a damn f***ed up manner, such that one person's food will come, and the next will only come by the time the previous one has finished his. In fact, customers that came in later seemed to get their food faster. Really, f*** them. They should stick to their f***ing cakes and pies.

Oh, and bought a Warcraft novel, Stormrage. Because it is finally printed in a normal novel size. Why do they like to publish in such big sizes? :x

Glad that you wished me :)

Do you want me to stay,
Do you want me to go?
Do you think I recognize
the look on your face when you think that
I know?

And My Clock Struck 20

Happy birthday to me! I'm finally 20! My tens digit has just been raised! Shit! XD

Despite the fact that I'm single and not accomplished anything I dreamt of accomplishing, I must say, it was a good 20 years. I look back, see myself change, my world change, my future forming... I learned about trust, love, pain, joy, guilt, friends, enemies, family... I come a long way from being the toddler my parents showered so much love and care for... I come a long way from the small kid who took the world for granted... I come a long way from the teenage boy who thought he knew everything there was to know in life... I come a long way from the child who felt so negative about everything... I've reached a checkpoint in life.

So, instead of feeling old or feel sad that I'm still single, I'm going to make my next 20 years better than before! I want to finally get my own place, drive a car, graduate from university, enter the working life, find my love and settle down. As we grow older our mindset change. I do not want any fancy cars or classy condominiums; all I want is to fall in love and start my own family:) Sure, people think it's weird to think about this at such an age, but that's my motivation to strive in life! Oh, and I need to donate blood!

20 is just a number. You can be 40 but feel 30. You can be 25 but act like a 15. Our age is just our gauge for how much have we done in life!

But... what I would really want this birthday... is for you to wish me. That's all :D

And how am I spending my birthday? Doing duty XD

Well I guess this is growing up :)
