Shoot 'Em Up

Went to meet the guys for dinner and lan yesterday! Got to finally see Say Haow and Edwin after a long time! And Edwin always say I grew taller LOL When we first met CR at Borders bookstore, I was thinking, CR+bookstore=no link. What could he possibly be doing there? Turned out he was looking at those humor books, like one that teaches you Singlish, or one that consists of a variety of drinking games, or the one with creative vulgar names to scold people. The last book was hilarious, CR and I flipping through various possible names that sound crude yet extremely funny.

The 4 of us(CR, Jeff, Kenny and I) ended up eating at Swensens. The family sitting beside us gave us some card that allowed us to redeem an Earthquake: some dessert consisting of 8 scoops of ice cream of our choice. They said that it was because they had two, and only could finish one. Plus, the expiry date was the following day. I personally felt that we should have given the card to another family, like the one sitting a couple of tables away from us. There sat a family with 3 kids, and I'm sure the ice cream would be enjoyed more by the kids than us. I mean, sure we would enjoy the ice cream but... imagine getting a free balloon. You'll enjoy carrying a balloon around, but can that be better than giving the balloon to a kid and see the smile on his face? And we already had two free ice creams(from the top-up) and I was gonna get my Chocolate Crunch. Oh I love the Chocolate Crunch! The chocolate ice cream, the cereal, the liquid chocolate... sinful yet satisfying! :D So anyway, that was why I went ahead to order my own ice cream and not touch that Earthquake. I'm not saying we were wrong, that we cannot enjoy it. I just... I dunno... feel that way. As we left the rest said the guy from the family was looking at me, presumably waiting for a "thank you" or something of that sort, but I did not notice. I mean, I did not touch the ice cream at all.  Neither did I notice him. Is it wrong of me? I wonder...

Met Say Haow and Edwin after dinner(no idea how they can roam at Parkway for so long) and we eventually went to play lan. Oh! And there was this lady at Parkway closing her booth, and she was squatting and she did not wear underwear and her jeans were either too low or small because I saw the sickest ass crack ever! I nearly burst of laughing, but I quickly walked past her. Only Jeff noticed it too.

Now, I play lan mainly for L4D2, because other games can be played from home, or not worth playing. I was so looking forward to L4D2, considering we've not been playing for quite a while. However, yesterday we only got to play a bit, and it was not as satisfying as usual :( But, Battlefield 2 and Counter-Strike was rather fun! Especially BF2! Rather hilarious game. C&C: Generals was rather... fast. My team got raped quite fast. LOL

New year's eve, and we're still planning! D:

The Bat And The Bean

Well, I've been stuck in camp for a couple of days, and I must admit I'm not used to staying in camp again. I've been on leave and off so much this month I do not feel like I'm in army anymore. Staying in feels... unfamiliar. But it's good, despite coming back for a 2-hour talk. I get to see all my operators and fellow specialists for a bit! But because my duty was on the following day, I spent my Tuesday rotting in camp. Ended up watching Bombshells From The Sky on Crunchyroll from my iPod Touch. Rather random show, but good enough to keep me preoccupied! Also played the new Monster Hunter Portable 3 for PSP! It's in Japanese, but the English patch is sufficient enough. Watched the anime in my PSP too. I literally lay in bed the entire Tuesday...

Duty was spent sleeping, television, sleeping, television. Watched more Mr. Bean and the super old Batman Returns. For it's time, it was a really impressive dark movie. But it cannot possibly surpass The Dark Knight, right?

On the way to camp on Monday night I was sitting in the bus, and the lady(mind you she's pretty good-looking if I say so myself) standing beside me seemed to keep leaning towards me. Her body was pressing on my left arm, which I tried to ignore while playing my PSP. I think she dozed off halfway because suddenly she leaned a lot on me O.O So much that I... er... could kinda feel her chest on my shoulder. I was pretty worried she'd shout "molest!" and get me arrested for nothing. Once or twice, I shifted my body because I was feeling numb (it was quite a long journey from Tampines to Yishun, with no stops in between), and all I did was rub my arm on her body even more. She shifted away her body for a bit, but soon it would be leaning on me again -.- Fortunately, she found a seat soon after.

Anyway today was rather uneventful. And my internet is really getting on my nerves. Have a few ideas for some CR Productions™ comics though, shall pen them down soon!

Meeting the guys tonight for dinner. Dying to play lan! Never played for so long...

Tomorrow's New Year's Eve and still no plans :(

X'mas BBQ!

The BBQ yesterday was awesome!

Jeff dropped by my place to put down the chicken wings in the afternoon before we headed down to CR's place. We met up with Kenny and got all the other food, like bacon, satays, beef patties, etc. After that Jeff and Kenny went to cut their hair at Joemil's. I was contemplating whether to cut, but there was not really much for me to cut. I mean, I probably needed to trim my sideburns. And the place was so cold! The whole time we were looking at the sky, hoping that the dark clouds would go away. Kenny said we walked past Dawn at Parkway Parade, but I did not notice.

At my place we met CR and Jokhie, and started swimming! The sky looked really bad, like a downpour would occur any minute. Jokhie borrowed some swim wear to join the fun! The rest came one after another the rest of the evening. We started the BBQ at around 5pm, but tried not to cook too much, waiting for the rest to come before we end up finishing the food. We had loads of fun that night, and there was the gift exchange! We played charades after that, and by then it was around 10pm. After majority have left, the remainder of us went to swim in the really cold pool at near midnight. The water was really cold! I was shivering like crazy! We ordered McDonalds' and played poker until 2am. My ass was so cold from my soaked clothes and chilly wind that I thought my ass would wrinkle.

Sian. Book in :(

What's that weird rash on my skin? o.O

Merry X'mas!

Merry Christmas everybody! Sorry that I've not been blogging!

Yesterday, I spent my duty watching the classic Mr Bean shows and play Monster Hunter Portable 3! It's in Japanese, but with the English patch it's just fine. I mean, I've played full Japanese games like God Eater and survive them, so this should be no kick. I love those Felynes!

Duty ended at 7am this morning, but because I planned to go to my uncle's place from camp, I stayed in camp until 10:30am before booking out. Too bad everybody needs to come back to camp on Tuesday morning, spoiling my Monday and Tuesday leave :(

Had a lot of fun hanging out with my Mom's side today! All the playing and eating, and catching up to do! Meeting them again next weekend at Botanical Gardens!

Tomorrow is the BBQ with CR gang! Hope everything goes well! Please don't rain :D

Anime songs are really nice, somehow... I wonder why?

Feeling Beachy

Yesterday went Sentosa with my battery for cohesion. I thought it would be a flop, since I kind of planned it while going overseas, so preparations were really...unprepared.lol But the day turned out to be fun! The sky looked like it was going to rain but it did not! Cloudy, but the sun did come out for a bit. Which is fortunate because the sun was scorching hot! Our feet were burning on the sand. Jing Yuan and I swam to the small island just in front of Siloso beach. Nice~ Got a bit of sunburn on my back though...

I'm sorry for not updating my blog the past couple of days. Call of Duty:Black Ops is distracting me!

Oreimo and MM! have ended! So sad T_T But the endings were really nice. Especially MM! Despite having rather lame episodes, the anime ended with a really normal and nice ending.

Duty tomorrow on Christmas Eve! Ho ho ho...

Interesting weekend ahead :)

Penang Day 2

Day 2 of our Penang trip started with a nice breakfast! I think it's nice, because my flu still prevented me from savoring my food. There was bacon, sausages, cereal, yogurts, fruits, eggs, prata... the dream breakfast to start the day with! Since we were going to the resort at around noon, we needed to pack up our stuff. We spent the morning watching some really old, lame movie with very lousy effects. You should have seen how the people died. CR and I accidentally broke part of the door, which fortunately the management did not make us pay. Eventually we changed the channel to ESPN, where some volleyball semi-finals was being aired.

Just when we thought the hotel was awesome, the resort showed us an even higher level of awesome! I never stayed at such a nice place before! Check out the photos I took of the room! And CR's room had a baby crib in it. Quickly changing, we went to the beach to try out all the water sports! Unfortunately the weather did not look too good for us. We started off with the paragliding, going in pairs. It was really nice, seeing the sea from a bird's eye view. I saw many jellyfishes in the sea, which means better not swim in the sea. When landing I did everything fine, except the people suddenly tell me to run while landing. That instruction was so last minute Kenny and I did not have time to start running; we just crash-landed.

Next was jet ski! Boy, did I love it! We went in groups of 3, CR,Rosh and I going first. The speed was exhilarating, and it was simply addictive. Somehow the next 3 seemed to end so fast o.O

By the time we went on the banana boat, it was starting to drizzle. The ride was rather short, and I expected the speed to be much faster.

After all the fun, we went for dinner somewhere outside our resort. Eggplant is surprisingly tasty, and their pizza was nice! We came back to stone for a while to wait for the flea market to start, at which I decided to go to the lobby and use the free Wi-Fi. The flea market stretched a long way down the street, and it was crowded. The guys bought some funny shirts, which I did not bother buying because they were not as funny as the ones I saw in the mall the day before. I saw a lady taking a wallet from one of the stall, and I thought she was the stall lady and was simply arranging it. But she walked off and I realised she had just shoplifted! The lady working at the stall was eating her dinner, so she did not notice.

After all the walking Jeff and XX headed back to the resort, while the rest of us went to try KFC's cheesy Zinger! CR ordered the chicken meatballs and chicken meatball soup as add-ons -.- Dipping the burger into the extra nacho cheese was just orgasmic! Rather nice supper! :)

Back at the room, we guys went to play drinking games while XX went to sleep. We tried so hard to finish the alcohol, playing I Never Ever to quickly down it all. Jeff was pretty tired, so we told him to go rest. The rest of us, still being high, went on to dance to music and do really stupid stuff for some time. We took many photos with Kenny's camera, which he now does not plan to upload at all because we did a lot of stupid stuff that night.

By the time we KO'ed, it was 3am. I think.

They Should Call Tron Legacy Flynn Legacy

Just came back from Tron Legacy.

*Potential Spoilers Ahead*
I do not understand why it's called Tron Legacy. I mean, Tron is just some dude who was friends with the guy who created the Grid. How is this movie his legacy in any way? Maybe The Grid or Flynn Legacy would be a better title. 3/5 stars only.

Worrying about cohesion, battalion run, and duty on Christmas Eve. Damn...

Penang Day 1

The day started with me going to CR's place at 5am on Thursday morning, because he dad was going to give me a ride to airport. On the way we picked up XX as well. I saw both of them carrying bags, while I brought a small luggage, and realised I should have done the same. So anyway we went to the airport, where Kenny and Rosh were there. Jeff was a little late, and his father came along to help us get the air tickets. XX gave us some cool Casio watches from her Cambodia trip. We went for breakfast inside the airport after that, and took quite a while before we found somewhere to eat. Only Jeff and XX bought a worthwhile breakfast, which was those toast with egg and coffee. The rest of us bought either noodles or chicken rice, which were overpriced and lousy. I was not too sure, because I could taste nothing with my stupid flu. Tried to check my Castle Age at the internet kiosk after that but got dragged away XD So anyway we went to our boarding hall and waited for our flight(where I managed to update my Castle Age :D).

When I first step into the plane, I got a shock. I've never taken Jetstar before, mostly Singapore Airlines because my father could get free tickets. The plane inside was narrow, having only two rows of 3 seats each, divided by a small aisle. Fortunately it was not that small, because I somehow was not crushed to the side by CR sitting beside me :P It was a short flight, and somehow the altitude affected me pretty bad. The pressure on my head was really bad, and I do not recall ever experiencing so much pain from all the pressure before. Was rather relieved when we finally landed at our destination!

At Penang, we headed to our hotel first. Took us a while to find the bus stop, but with the helpful lady at the information counter we managed to find it. And the bus came just as we reached the bus stop! The bus ride was quite long, but we got to see the streets of Penang! Compared to Singapore, Penang was rather... spacious. Only our hotel area was somewhat crowded. Singapore is so densely populated, with all the HDBs and malls everywhere.

The hotel itself was amazing. A huge Christmas tree greeted us when we stepped in. We checked in, and put down our stuff in the rooms. Unfortunately the view consisted only of buildings, with only the mountains at a distance away. We went to the 7-Eleven outside the hotel to get for XX some cough sweets, and walked around one of the malls. But because it was in the morning, the shops were not open and it was empty. So we went to try out the food at Penang! Out of all the 3 places we went, only one was really good. The first was this small old shop, where we ordered char kway teow, laksa and po piah. Only the kway teow was nice. Even the lime juice was wierd. The next place we went was good. It was crowded, which meant it would probably be nice. We tried the chicken, some malay food, and char siew among other stuff. The char siew had too much fats in it, but the chicken was good. So was the lime juice! The 3rd place was the worst. We had ice kacang and rojak, which were way too sweet. Yucks.

After trying the food we headed back, looking at several shops for volleyballs. At one of the shops, we were about to pay up for the volleyball when the guy said that it cost 124Rm, which was around $60. No way was I going to pay for it. The guy had already put the ball into a plastic bag, but we just told him we would not be buying it. We quickly left the shop before anything else happened.

Back at the hotel we played Monopoly Deal and charades, the theme being movies. And was the charades funny! Crazy movies like Basic Instinct, Alice in Wonderland and Requim of something... by the time we finished it was dinner time and we decided to have rahim burgers, which was not opened during the afternoon so we decided to return again. XX went to buy a camera while waiting for the burgers. And I must say, the burgers are a cut above all those ramly burgers we have in Singapore! Nearly ate a second one, but thought the better of it.

After satisfying our stomachs we headed back to the hotel, but stopped by some shops to get a volleyball and some really funny clothes! We went to Giant to get some drinks for the nights to come too. Jeff, XX and Rosh decided to go swim, while CR, Kenny and I decided to get our shades. The malls were now full with people, and the shops were open! First we went to find CR's handphone battery, although I do not know why he would want to buy from Penang. We went to the small booth in the mall and asked for the charger. She said that she did not sell it, but we could find at Nokia stores. CR asked her where was the nearest Nokia store, not realizing that we were standing beside one... another shop we checked sold an "original" battery at half the original price, even giving a 3-month warranty which was useless to us. In the end CR did not get the battery. He did not even bring his phone along to test it -.- We went to get some funny shirts, and I passed my favourite one to CR because there was only large size left, and I might as well get a medium size one. Next we tried on the shades at this small shop on the ground floor. After trying so many pairs for so long, we told the guy working there that we would walk around and come back later. He gave us a rather angry look that we quickly walked off. On the second floor we found a shop selling more shades, and we happily tried on different pairs. Eventually we found "the ones". I asked the lady working there to hold onto them for us while Kenny tried on some hats, but she must have misunderstood me because she went to put back the shades when we went to the hats. She thought I told her we did not want those shades, and we went to find our shades on the racks again XD After all the shopping we went back to the hotel, where the other 3 were waiting for us to hit the sauna and massages.

After much discussion we guys went down to try the sauna, while XX rested in the hotel room. At the sauna was the gym, and after seeing the gym we decided to go hit the gym for a while! After the nice workout we went to try the sauna, and was it interesting! I've never stepped into one before, and my first time was good! Sweating it out never felt so refreshing!

XX had went to bed by the time we returned, so we guys went out for late night supper! We tried so many good food like the chicken wings, the porridge, omlette and satay! There was a shop playing cool music which made the night mood even better! Just as we finished our night meal the stalls started closing.

I honestly cannot remember but I think we slept after that, to prepare for the next awesome day!

Castle Age Stuff!

Sorry to waste a post on this, but just thought I'd show my progress! :)

That guy's a few level higher than me, but my army is waaaaay bigger. His was 2, mine was 60. Apparently, the bigger the army, the more troops and stuff you throw into battle :D

Castle Age

Today met CR, Jeff and Kenny for dinner at Swensens and lan. Unfortunate for Sihua to be so exhausted from work. Don't give up Sihua! Think of all the Zara nonsense you can buy in future! XD

The main point of this post is for me to talk about my Castle Age! I only started last week and I'm already at level 59! And finally a guild has accepted me in! Plus, my army is growing! Now I can send 6 generals to battle! Awesome! :D To think I was against Facebook games. Actually I tricked myself. I thought this was iPod Touch game, because it's ratings in the Apple store was quite good. Only after I started did I realize it was a Facebook game. But since I've started, might as well carry on! Helps to kill time in army too!

Cannot wait for the trip!

Christmas celebration, guys?

I just remembered. The music videos for the old Linkin Park songs are quite cool!

Same Rank, Different Age

Today at the medical center in my camp, I had to wait so long for my turn to see the doctor because there were quite a few people who showed up earlier than me. And I went there 10mins after it opened. And looking at them, they seemed to be visiting the medical center just to get status. I mean, they did not look sick, sitting there laughing and talking cock. Meanwhile, I was trying to stop my nose from leaking like a tap. One specialist sitting beside me got a call, and he said something like," I'm at MO now. Because my throat feel a bit pain." Please... Strepsils were created long time ago -.- Do not waste the time for people who really need to see the doctor.

The doctor was kind enough to ask whether I would need a MC, which I really needed. If I am to recover before the trip, I need to rest as much as I can. Anyway, I was waiting to collect my medicine, and the guy at the counter called out "3SG Ng..." Well, he was going to say my full name, but you know how weird my name is. 99% of the people who tries to read my name will get stuck. Another patient, who was also waiting for his medication, stood up and went to the counter. Now, he was probably in re-service because of his age and the fact that his uniform is the old one. Thing is, he's a 3SG, like me. I felt a bit weird to go up and collect my medicine. I mean, we're of the same rank, but he's an old guy while I'm, well, me. I made sure not to look his direction when I left the medical center.

Wanted to take a cab home, because I really felt damn screwed up, but no taxis. I walked down the road and still no taxi. Really, taxi drivers are infuriating! There's never a cab when you need one!

Basically, I got home, took my medicine, and collapsed on my bed.

My sister just bought some Lego Lamborghini, which costs $99.90. Wow.

Oreimo is going to end soon! Last episode! So sad... T_T

Really, really tempted to play WoW!

2 Sick 2 Sleep

Last night sucked. My throat felt so uncomfortable that I could not sleep. I had to blast my iPod Touch and listen the night away until I was really really sleepy, which was probably nearly 3am... And my sickness seems to be only getting worse :(

Hope I can apply for off for today and tomorrow to rest up. If they deny my off because I'm "the only spec left and today's system check" then...

Transformers 3!

I just saw the trailer for the upcoming Transformers movie! Comes out on 1st July next year! Cannot wait for it! :D If Rosh did not tell me about it I wouldn't know till God-knows-when...

Why do I fall sick now of all times? Hope I can recover in time for the trip!

Now who is that?

Saturday Night Fever

Despite not going Zouk Out, the Saturday was still awesome! For me it began with Rosh and I heading to *scape at Orchard to see my friend's band perform. However, they seemed to be delayed and because of our tight schedule, we left without getting a chance to see their performance. I did get to buy donuts though :D

Next was Rapunzel! I'm not sure how Kenny, Deren and Sihua are able to watch it straight after watching Harry Potter. If it was me, I'd be too exhausted! But Rapunzel was nice! Like, really nice! Although they had quite a bit of singing... once I kind of felt like it was a scene from High School Musical or something. Still, great movie! Highly recommended! (Y)

Next we escorted Sihua to Zara for her to shop. Felt a bit bad letting her shop alone. I see othe girls shopping with friends, while we guys simply stand outside Zara and chat while waiting for Sihua :/

Dinner at Hand Burger! Despite it's size, the burger is really filling! I underestimated the burger, alright. It tasted so nice, and satisfied my hunger! Worth the price, although I do not think I'll eat it again so soon!

After dinner we went for karaoke! Managed to drag Deren along! Admit it, man, you enjoyed it! Too bad we did not have enough time for songs like "Airplanes" or Justin Bieber's "Baby". XD

Played lan from midnight till 3 plus... awesome. L4D2 was a bit disappointing because it was so hard to have a proper game. But Battlefield 2 was very fun! Seriously I was a bit lost in the game but we had fun running around as a squad!

I finally booked in just now at 4 plus, and I doubt I'll fall alseep. Think I'll report for duty at 7am later before sleeping :D

Holiday Spirits

My friend was discussing with me what Christmas gifts to buy, and I wonder what happened. When we were young, we always looked forward to presents for Christmas. Soon, we tell our parents what we want for Christmas, which is quite sad. I mean, Christmas is not about getting what you want, but rather to exchange gifts, spend some quality time, and kinda celebrate the birth of Christ. I put kinda because I actually do not really celebrate Christmas for that..heh. And now, at 20, Christmas is just a holiday to me, where there's no work/school. I do not feel excited as Christmas approaches. I do not plan on giving gifts, though I would like the feeling of giving. Because nobody seems to exchange gifts anymore. To put in bluntly, I think the Christmas spirit is dead within me. And it sucks :(

The same can be said about birthdays. I use to tell me parents what I would want for my birthday, as if my birthday was a "I can choose what I want and they must get it for me because it's my birthday, my say" chance. And I feel rather disappointed with myself. Sure, there are things I want to get in life, but I cannot use my birthday like some trump card to get it. We should be thankful for whatever gifts we receive, because it's always the thought that counts. That's why for the past few years, whenever my parents or friends ask me what I would want for my birthday, I would tell them that it's okay, they did not need to get anything special for me.

My body is still aching... :(

Oh. I watched Grown Ups and Vampire SucksGrown Ups was okay I guess, though I think the storyline was rather blah. Vampire Sucks was considerably funny, like the wheelchair dude jumping over the tree trunk. I swear I laughed so hard at that scene, 'though I'm not sure why I found it so funny.

But if you ask for what I really wish for, is to find love :)

Facebook-ing

Recently I started playing a particular game called Castle Age on my iPod Touch, which turns out to be a Facebook game. I usually do not bother with Facebook games, but since I started with this might as well just play on for fun!

Oreimo is at episode 10 and it is still awesome! The funny stuff that happens in life... Bakuman is also becoming more interesting, despite it being an anime about two teens aspiring to be manga artists. Fortune Arterial is finally moving on from school stuff to vampires, which makes me want to watch it more. Oh, and MM! fluctuates, though I've yet to catch episode 10.

Facebook's new profile layout is so messy! Will need some getting use to. And I created a group for CR Productions™! :D

Everytime I want to blog, I forget what it is I want to blog. Damn.

Sayonara, Telok Kurau Secondary

Yesterday met the gang for dinner and chilling! Met up with Sihua, Kenny and Jeff for dinner first at some Japanese food place. I do not see what is so awesome of the sashimi -_- And the wasabi did not help at all! But dinner was fulfilling nonetheless! Met up with CR and Rosh at Marine Parade since their class gathering was there too, and we headed to Sihua's place to hang. Sihua slapped her damn dog! O.O Felt sad for that bugger because when he tried to stand he hit his head against the table. We tried to play cards but in the end we got distracted by America's Got Talent. Deren dropped by some time later and we all talked the hours away. Thank God Kenny drove! Means no need to spend on cabbing! :D

It was only yesterday that my friends and I were discussing about Telok Kurau Secondary and all the nonsense there. It was some neighborhood school that I was so happy to leave after 4 years. I did not think I would even miss that school. After all, it's going to be demolished soon. But today I noticed this disc lying beside my television, and found out that it was from Telok Kurau Secondary! Turns out it came from some goodie bag, which I'm still not sure how I got one. Anyway, inside the bag was this 2011 calender, and it showed all the teachers in the school. Looking at these stuff, I realised that I would actually miss the school. My 4 years of secondary school life was going to be demolished. Kind of makes me regret making fun of the people there and looking down on the school. I mean, despite being in a neighborhood school, the school was able to help me get good results to get into a junior college. It was there that I met friends who I will be with for the rest of my life. I remember the overnight Maple-ing. I remember the "haunted house" event. I remember Miss Kwek swearing the F-word at me. I remember getting caught playing chess with CR in chemistry. I remember Board-of-Directors meetings for Interact Club. I remember drinking pepsi while discussing about Red Alert 2. I remember the strap of my bass drum snapping during the 40th Anniversary. I remember drawing CR comics. I remember stupid St. Johns. I remember the fake Friendster profile of Tracy Bok. I remember the day we got our 'O' level results. I remember all the drama in class. How can I not miss Toilet Kurau Secondary? (Pun intended, because the school had some new toilet urinal system)

So yea, I never really loved Telok Kurau Secondary, but I know I'll miss it. Kinda.

I heard this band practising Linkin Park's "New Divide". They used both male and female vocals. Good move! Makes the cover sound nice!

The Truth At Secret Recipe

Before I get to today, let me tell you about yesterday. There was this couple riding a motorcycle while my team was on the way to duty. We were sitting at the back our vehicle, which is kind of like a lorry. And the girl who was riding at the back was so f***ing hot! But that's beside the point. The point is, when their vehicle was so far ahead of us, we could smell her perfume from where we were! She must have spammed the whole bottle on herself before leaving her place! O.O

Today was half day! So I met my family at Tampines 1 for lunch, and we went Secret Recipe. Let me tell you, the service there sucked. Our food came in a damn f***ed up manner, such that one person's food will come, and the next will only come by the time the previous one has finished his. In fact, customers that came in later seemed to get their food faster. Really, f*** them. They should stick to their f***ing cakes and pies.

Oh, and bought a Warcraft novel, Stormrage. Because it is finally printed in a normal novel size. Why do they like to publish in such big sizes? :x

Glad that you wished me :)

And My Clock Struck 20

Happy birthday to me! I'm finally 20! My tens digit has just been raised! Shit! XD

Despite the fact that I'm single and not accomplished anything I dreamt of accomplishing, I must say, it was a good 20 years. I look back, see myself change, my world change, my future forming... I learned about trust, love, pain, joy, guilt, friends, enemies, family... I come a long way from being the toddler my parents showered so much love and care for... I come a long way from the small kid who took the world for granted... I come a long way from the teenage boy who thought he knew everything there was to know in life... I come a long way from the child who felt so negative about everything... I've reached a checkpoint in life.

So, instead of feeling old or feel sad that I'm still single, I'm going to make my next 20 years better than before! I want to finally get my own place, drive a car, graduate from university, enter the working life, find my love and settle down. As we grow older our mindset change. I do not want any fancy cars or classy condominiums; all I want is to fall in love and start my own family:) Sure, people think it's weird to think about this at such an age, but that's my motivation to strive in life! Oh, and I need to donate blood!

20 is just a number. You can be 40 but feel 30. You can be 25 but act like a 15. Our age is just our gauge for how much have we done in life!

But... what I would really want this birthday... is for you to wish me. That's all :D

And how am I spending my birthday? Doing duty XD

Well I guess this is growing up :)

The Dream/Reality Opposite Possibility

Last night I had a dream about my ex. I cannot really recall much about the dream, but I remember us hanging out. Seriously, what does this dream mean?

Anyway, today I told this to my friends over dinner and we were discussing about how dreams and reality seemed to be opposite. I did mention in a very old post about my theory of dreams and reality. For instance, all the girls I ever wanted to go after, I'd have dreams of hanging out with them, us being happy and feeling close. And no, not wet dreams or any sex-related ones you dirty-minded fools. Purely rated-PG. And I knew that if I had such good dreams, my luck in reality would suck. And I've never been wrong. Also, when I was young, I would be buying all the toys I ever wanted, only to find out that it was a dream.

As mentioned probably in that old post I talked about earlier, the dreams could be a way to tell you what was going to happen in your future, in the form of opposites. But then again, dreams could simply be caused by the emotional "footprint" left in your brain by something that occurred or you kept thinking about.

What a long day! And waiting to move out at midnight! How am I to sleep??!

I'm turning 20 soon, and I look back at my life and wonder what have I ever accomplished. Well, first of all, I'm still single. That's probably the biggest and only thing I can think of. Pfffft. I feel like I've not done enough in my life, such that if I were to be gone today, nobody would even know. Y'know?

Missed Spider-man 3 on television. Shall watch my DVD!

Need to plan my practical lessons. Everyone seems to say that BTT will be a breeze.

I want to go home and watch the new episode of Oreimo! Gahhh! And I'm sure HIMYM has another episode soon!

Looking forward to Zouk Out! And that's on the 11th of December. 15th is the overseas holiday with the gang! Woots!

Btw, I'm f***ing hungry right now.

We'll stay awake till the sun rises,
Because tomorrow shall be a better today.

Zouk Out!

Cannot wait for Zouk Out! Woots!

Nothing much to blog about for today, not really in the mood either. Let's just hope tomorrow is a better day.

Arkham City Is Coming!

I was at Kinokuniya today and saw this game magazine that mentioned 2011's Batman: Arkham City, the  game after Batman: Arkham Asylum. Looking forward to it's release! I saw Catwoman! And Harley Quinn has a cooler, less whore-ish outfit XD

I actually kind of miss camp. I mean, I love to relax at home, but I get bored real fast. I wake up, have breakfast, sit in front of my computer. At least in camp I get to see my friends, go through shit with them, have some good laughs and bitching sessions. Yes, guys do bitch about other people. We do not let girls have all the fun :D The thought of extending my ORD date is rather tempting...

On the way home there was a group of rowdy teenagers on the train. F***ing losers making so much noise.

It happened so fast, but from what I remember you turned slightly when you saw me approaching. Maybe you were ashamed to be seen by your cool friends with me? I know I'm not exactly a cool guy, but that was probably the most painful thing for me. Oh well, I knew I was bothersome. I wonder, if I just die, will anyone remember me? Heck, will anyone even care?

Why Blog?

Was on the way back home, on the MRT train, when I let out a cough. I'm a gentleman, so I'd naturally cover my mouth when I did so. But the old man sitting beside me abruptly got up and went to find another seat further down the train. I was too amused to be shocked.

Army life seems to be rather relaxed now that it is at the end of the year, with only one exercise to worry about next month. I've got to plan some cohesion day! 2 major problems only: date and food. I'll rack my brains tomorrow. I'll really miss my friends in camp once I ORD...

I wonder, sometimes, why I blog. Not many people read my blog, and whatever I say here is what I tell my friends. There are times I would want to tell them something that happened to me recently and their reply would be, "Ya, I saw your blog already." But then, writing my thoughts and life here feels good. And one day I can look back at these old posts and recall my past events :)

There's not a day that I do not remind myself how lucky I am.

So many movies I want to watch! Easy A and Tangled!

It's good to be home! :) Gym time!

Take me home

B Is For Bored

Duty duty duty. Makes the Sunday crawl at snail's pace. Plus, the meals sucked today. I was so hoping for western!!! And I've watched finish all the episodes in my PSP, got to put in more. Unfortunately I have another duty on Tuesday before I get to book out. Nothing to do during that duty!

Sihua! You coming back on the 28th, which is Sunday, and at close to midnight! Sorry I will not be able to welcome you back!!! Duty next Sunday, you see:( Don't worry though the gang will surely plan something to welcome you back!...I think XD

December is around the corner... I'm going to hit 20! Unfortunately I'm doing duty that day, so I will not get to donate blood. Many during the weekend? Or should I wait for my 21st birthday?

This year seems so happening. I nearly got charged, I was involved in NDP, I changed bands, completed 75% of my NS life, got my own computer, puked at a club(and totally messed up the toilet), chat up with some random girl... That's 2010 for me I guess. Another year coming to a close, and I am ready to welcome 2011, I think. What shall we do to greet the new year this year? Hmmm...

I just recalled more of my dream for last night. I remember going to some stadium with my family... it was pouring heavily... I seemed to be looking for somebody... I saw someone and told her," You would have been better with me..." I mean, what the hell does my whole dream mean? I still love the one I was web-swinging in some shopping mall :D

Need to plan my lessons for December.

I.Want.A.Gig.

I decided to let things run it's course. I shall not get excited over every little thing. Time to be realistic. I'm probably thinking too much. There's no such thing as a fairy tale in life :)

Maybe I just hesitate to hang out with you guys because... I think I'm just not cool enough to be seen chilling with you all...

American Pie 9, or so they say it is, sucks. I gave up within 45mins.

I plan to master the Moonwalk. Finish what I started learning a long time ago.

...and maybe, one day, I'll catch your wave.

Wishful Thinkings

She called me "special". I mean, how often do girls call you that? Elated :)

But then again, maybe I'm just hoping and thinking too much :/

After that, I had a dream that we two were hosts for some event, because I "would never like her." Sounds familiar Mr Yong?:P

I hesitate to take a step forward for fear of taking two steps back. Yet I cannot stay at this step forever, can I?

Where do I go?

Million Dollar Baby

I watched Million Dollar Baby a few weeks back, but keep forgetting to mention it on my blog! Well, now I shall! Because this is one nice, touching story about dreams and the underdogs. Before watching the movie I had no clue what the movie was about. But as I watched on I expected a happy ending where the girl wins the title and happily ever after. However, not all endings are meant to be happy. This is one of the best movies I've ever watched, despite the fact that I prefer movies with happy endings. (500) Days Of Summer is another movie I really love for it's story!

Then there's the mind-boggling movies that impresses me like Inception, Shutter Island and Saw I and II. I admit Saw movies are gory, but the first two movies had better plot twists and less gore.

Movies like the Spider-man trilogy and Transformers and Batman Begins plus Dark Knight are enjoyed, well, because I like the action and superhero stuff :D

Today I watched Toy Story 3 and I love it! Really great ending to the wonderful trilogy! Think I shall get the DVDs to support it, instead of all the downloading. It's great movies like these that do not deserve to be pirated. I mean, you can go upload Tekken or Jonah Hex for all I care.

I remember every Chinese New Year I'd ask my friends about their family gathering, as a very big one that starts from your grand-grandparents all the way to you. That is one huge family gathering. But everyone would say that they only gathered with their direct family(I got no idea how to phrase it). That always left me puzzled, wondering if it was because nobody understood me. But then today I found out that my family has that grand family gathering is because of an aunt who is considerably far in the family tree from me. Thing is, she would plan all this Chinese New Year gatherings, which means I meet distant cousins I probably never knew existed if not for her initiative. I'm feel really fortunate to be able to know my expanded family tree.

If she dies today you know what her last thought would be? I think I did all right."

Harry Potter And The (Impressive) Deathly Hallows

Watched the new Harry Potter movie with my family yesterday! We watched at the Shaw cinema at Century Mall, and Shaw still sucks. The chairs there are the worst. And the theaters were packed! During the beginning of the movie I saw two young boys walk from one side of the theater to my side and sit down. Turns out the seats belonged to two girls, who came in late. Stupid boys XD

I have to say, the movie is really good. For once, they bother to ensure nothing is left out, unlike the previous movies. For once, I'm not disappointed in a Harry Potter movie since Chamber of Secrets :) I did not really expect them to have the part where Ron sees a hallucination of Harry and Hermione making out.LOL

Looks like the gig is cancelled. Oh well, maybe we can go find one on Soft.

Vroom vroom!

Anime are not meant to be dubbed. If you do not understand Japanese, find subtitles! Dubbing spoils the anime.

Second Chance

Today, I nearly got my ticket to detention barracks, which, for those who do not know, is "army jail".

Fortunately, with the help of my forgiving superiors and some luck, I got away with only 3 extra.

I swear that I nearly lost my entire future today.

I'm given a second chance in life, and I do not plan to waste it.

I want to thank my superiors greatly for helping me out. I'm forever in their debt.

At least, case closed.

Feeling Tired

Yesterday was duty, and boy did I sleep. I slept the entire day because the weather was so nice! Rain and more rain. But there was some stupid thing opposite the camp, with the Chinese singing and lion dance, which kept me awake.

Booked out in the morning today to go for my grandfather's funeral. Turns out the funeral was somewhat near my camp, making me rush home for nothing-.- And was so sleepy. After that was some lunch at some Chinese restaurant. And I've to let you know I do not enjoy these kind of Chinese restaurant. The food are so weird, like Tim Sum and chicken feet, and they serve green tea. The tea tastes so... diluted! Yucks.

All in all, it was a lousy day. I plan to book in this evening(not even at night) because I just want to go back to bunk and sleep my life away.

At least I'm on leave from Wednesday to Saturday.

You hurt me, I can close one eye. But you hurt my friends, I'll fucking never forgive nor forget.

Good Charlotte's new album is so-so only. I have not even listened to Taylor Swift's new album. Lazy me :)

Let's try to make the gig work :)

Duty-(un)Free

Note: I'm in a really bad mood right now, hence my angry post.

First and foremost, I am officially sick of my goddamn crap of a mobile broadband. Always hanging... enough of the "save money" bullshit, okay. You want to save all the money for your retirement, fine. I'll support my own self.

Even though the damn Apache are flying again, our damn duties are still "enhanced". And the very shitty duties are going to last till the end of December. I can kiss all my approved leave(except the overseas one) goodbye. But I'm done trying to argue and complain, because all that will get me nowhere.

Rage helps nobody.
Rage changes nothing.
Learn to let go,
Learn to be happy.

Suppose to go paintball tomorrow! But because of my grandfather's wake... he passed away yesterday morning. Just now at the wake my mom was standing with my grandfather's brother, who is also at an old age right now. And there he was, the youngest and only sibling left in his family. I felt so sorry and bad for him... especially the taxi thing...sometimes I really hate myself.

I wanted to say more happy stuff, but my mood is just really bad.

Swimming with the gang tomorrow morning! Shall gym before that!

Hope tomorrow will be a happier day.

Anime-Frenzy!

I cannot believe I'm watching so many anime! All thanks to Mr. Yong. But army is so boring, anything is entertaining! Even Saw movies. I cannot believe I watched them. The first two were still somewhat bearable. But the third one just got gory, and the fourth was no better. In fact, I stopped watching at the beginning of the fourth one. To see Jigsaw get his skin peeled out during the autopsy at the start of the movie is a sick way to go. And my team commander was so... fascinated (?) by it he was holding his dinner on his hand for very long. I looked away as I ate my dinner. I don't know how the rest can eat and watch Saw at the same time :x

I need counselling man.

All the anime songs are so addictive now! Fortune Arterial, Oreimo, Kaichou wa Maid-sama, Highschool of the Dead... And I still have so many albums to get. Taylor Swift, Pixie Lott, Good Charlotte... My Chemical Romance is on the way too!

Barbara Streisand by Duck Sauce sounds nice!

Blah-ing Off My Mouth

Finally! A holiday! Unfortunately i'm booking in tonight for duty on Saturday. And there's duty on Monday too. Means I cannot sleep at home this entire weekend. Bummer.

Just bought Sims 3: Late Night! Cannot wait to try it out!

My PSP now contains so many awesome games to kill my time at duty! DJ Max Portable 3 is still there, but I've removed Lord of Arcana to put in God Eater Burst! In an ancient post I've talked about the God Eater game, so I'll not explain again what it is. We were suppose to wait for the English version, but looks like we cannot wait. Hence we are playing the Japanese version. Fortunately, I can transfer almost everything to the new game, including my weapons, clothes, completed missions... only the items that you collect in missions are gone. No big deal. I'm still at a god-like level so I don't mind :) Seems they have extended the storyline, which is good. The previous one ended in a rather lousy manner. Also, there are new attacks, you can command your AI allies, and even use your friends' avatars to play as an AI ally! Wicked cool!

Been watching a lot of anime too! I watch them from my friend's PSP, as he constantly updates the episodes in there. Love Oreimo :D

Heroes Call

Well, I've been reading on the new superhero movies to anticipate in the future, and are there many: Spider-man (reboot), The Dark Knight Rises, X-men: First Class, Captain America: The First Avenger, Thor, The Avengers, and a new Ghost Rider movie!

Unfortunately, they are keeping mum about The Dark Knight Rises, and they ruled out Mr Freeze and Riddler as the main villain. Said to be released on July 20, 2012.

Captain America has been given a first look in Entertainment Weekly. Imagine if Chris Evans accidentally shouts "Flame On!" in a scene.
Chris Evans as CAPTAIN AMERICA graces the cover of this week's Entertainment Weekly

As for the Spider-man reboot, I already mentioned, Andrew Garfield will be playing as "puny Parker". But what is more interesting is that Emma Stone will be playing Gwen Stacy. I mean, Emma Stone! The hot hot hot girl from Zombieland!

Now, I'm not so sure about X-men: First Class. Some say there is Cyclops, some say otherwise. Personally, i hope there is. Plus, throw in Emma Frost and hopefully there will be a hint of romance between the two. After all, Emma Frost is currently Scott Summers' girl in the Marvel universe. Here's a synopsis (spoiler alert!) but I'm not sure if it is 100% accurate:

Charles Xavier and Erik Magnus Lensherr met as young men in the 1960s at Oxford University. Xavier received doctorates in theology and philosophy with post-graduate work in International Development Studies at the U.N. Xavier was a wealthy son of English gentry and had studied at Eton, excelling in physics, calculus, and chemistry as well as captaining the school's la crosse team. Lensherr was the son of a Jewish physician in Germany pre-WWII. His parents and nearly all extended family were gassed by Nazi death squads at Auschwitz. Lensherr's mutant ability to control metal via magnetic manipulation allowed him to break out of a cattle stock car and escape to France where he served briefly in the guerrilla resistance. After the Allies stormed the beaches at Normandy, Lensherr volunteered to act as an interpreter for British Intelligence (he spoke French, German, English, and Hebrew) as liberated Jews were re-located to the fledgling country, Trans-Jordan (now Israel). Impressed by his linguistics, Lensherr was awarded a scholarship to study at Oxford, where he met a charismatic young Xavier. The two students became fast friends, based on respect for each other's intellects, while maintaining a rivalry on politics, ethics, and religion. In 1965, Xavier revealed his psychic powers by manipulating student uprisings via peaceful means. Lensherr was intrigued by the possibilities of controlling other people's minds, while Xavier asserted a universal Right to Free Will. Through a clandestine operation funded by Britain's MI5 and the CIA, Xavier & Lensherr opened the first School of Mutant Resources to study the new phenomena of "homo superior"--humans with a mutant "X" gene, which enabled preternatural powers. Among the first students to enroll were Scott Summers (Cyclops,) Hank McCoy (Beast,) Jean Grey (Phoenix,) Aurora Munroe (Storm,) Raven Darkholme (Mystique,) Mortimer Toynbee (Toad) and Emma Frost (White Queen). Rival factions surfaced as half of the students empathized with Xavier's dream of peaceful co-existence with humans vs Lensherr's belief that humans were inferior and deserved slavery. These ideals started to solidify as more human civilians became aware of mutant-kind and generally reacted with fear and hatred. Meanwhile, the U.S. military began its own black-ops program titled "Weapon X" capturing and brainwashing powerful mutants to serve as alternatives to nuclear or chemical programs. Xavier and Lensherr designed and built Cerebro in a secret, underground facility in Westchester, New York in order to track "wild mutants" i.e. mutants who did not know they had powers or how to control them. Again, Xavier hoped these new mutants could be trained for (and would choose) peace, while Lensherr maintained a more aggressive stance. After an angry xenophobic mob killed a young mutant boy (Banshee), who had developed gills and webbed fingers, Lensherr struck back against the perpetrators, "outing" himself by causing metal garden tools to fly through the air and impale 4 people. He then began calling himself MAGNETO and urged his students/followers to take on a code name reflecting their individual powers. Chasing Magneto and his Brotherhood of Mutants to a secret base in the middle of Antarctica, Xavier and his followers (now calling themselves X-Men) sought to extradite Magneto to the United States', Guantanamo prison, but in the battle Magneto used a shard of metal to sever Xavier's spinal cord, leaving him paralyzed. Using the combined powers of Cerebro, Jean Grey, Emma Frost, and himself, Xavier wiped the collective memory of mutant-kind from 99% of humans on Earth. However, Colonel William Stryker used an adamantium shield to preserve his own memories and secretly took over Weapon X's training facilities (located underneath Alkali Lake in British Colombia) and wild mutants for his own purposes. *Note: Magneto also created a helmet to shield his brain from Xavier's control.

Also, the Tron movie looks cool.

Shut Out

Don't feel like blogging right now. Life seems so meaningless, so pointless. Nothing to do, I feel so lost. I feel like just lying on my bed and let my life wither away. What's there to live for? Girls do not find you, friends do not comprehend you, family does not connect with you, entertainment does not entertain you, life does not bring you any fun, the future does not bring you something to look forward to...

Seriously, everyone can f*** off.

Get out of my head.
Get out of my life.
Leave me alone.
Shut you out.

Inverse Universe

Yesterday went gaming with the guys at a new gaming place called H.I.G.H and it was must more "classy" than all the shops I've been to. There is even a bar and a corner for people to chill, while the place is mostly a LAN shop. And the computers there are quite good too! Except that the Steam engine seemed slow. But what I seriously do not get is the girls who play there. I mean, yesterday there were girls who play there and they looked really good. You do not see them with thick make-up like those Ah Lians but they still look good. And they hang out with... I don't know... not-so-good-looking guys?

Honestly, I've seen way better gamer friends of mine. Plus, I'm pretty sure the 4 of us last night look better than those dudes. Yet, they get the girls. Seriously, what's wrong with the universe? Those guys get all the good girls. Guys like me, who studied hard, been a good boy, not so wild, and what do we get? Not that I'm complaining about the female friends I have in my social circle, because they are simply friends. How unfair can Life be?

SMU thing later.

So f***ing sick and tired of everything right now, really.

Lord Of Arcana

Well, I'm finally home after a whole week of duty! And I'm booking in tonight! WTF right?  spent the whole week sleeping and playing PSP, since there are two new awesome games: DJ MAX Portable 3 and Lord of Arcana!

DJ MAX has so many cool remixes and songs, and I'm glad to hear the familiar "Get Out" song! Like it's predecessors, the music game makes you hit the right notes at the right time, with a wide array of songs to choose from.

One really good thing is that you can auto fever, meaning I do not need to press X whenever I can do a fever. Plus, no more of that stupid thing where you need to roll your analog round and round! Also the new 3.2 and 4.2 tunes are proving to be quite a challenge! The songs seem to move more to trance and remixes, which is a fresh taste from the previous variety of songs. The sound quality is spectacular as expected, and using earphones will make the music experience more amazing!

But more importantly is the other game, Lord of Arcana. Now, I expected the game to suck. There were no news about the game beforehand, and it's in Japanese. Usually the only Japanese games I'd play will be those that sound really good, like God Eater. But because I had a whole week to kill, I thought, why not? And the game rocks! Think Monster Hunter and God Eater. Some say the gameplay remind them of Final Fantasy Crisis Core too. Too bad I'm no fan of FF, so I would not know. You use a character, kill monsters, upgrade your stuff, kill bigger monsters, get cooler stuff, and so on. Sounds a lot like MH, no? Well, it's that and more. Why? There are cinematic scenes, finishing blow, ultimate spells, special attacks... looks like I better explain them slowly.

This is a Japanese game, so if you are willing to overlook the fact that you'd be lost with the storyline, and try to figure your way around, then you'll like this game. I already wrote down the names of the various monsters for reference, and basic stuff like potions and gameplay are easily figured out, so do not be such a pussy and say, "I'm not playing this because I do not know what's going on."

Like MH, the storyline plays a very minor role in the game. Sure, there is a story, but I do not bother with what I cannot comprehend. I can always read Wikipedia if I want to know the plot. Remember how MH starts? You're hunting, and a Tigrex comes and f***s you upside-down. Well, this game starts with you in super cool armor, god-like powers and weapons. See, the game let's you play the prologue mission as a end-level character to let you get a taste of how fruitful your efforts will be once you reach the end of the game. Like, all other games, you'll start the game proper from the bottom, but it's okay. I know how gay my character will be in future :)

Again, like MH, the missions are done in maps of various locations, where you run around and hunt monsters. Unlike MH, when you encounter an enemy, you do not fight on the spot. Instead, you are thrown into a fighting arena to slaughter each other. Cool, right?

This is a sword. And that is blood. A lot of blood.

There are 5 weapon classes to choose from. Sword, some huge wand stick, axe, great sword, and some lance that fires instead of slash. Also, the game let's you try out the weapon in the beginning while choosing what weapon to start with. Fortunately, you can easily change weapon at any point of time. No hassle of changing your armor to suit different weapon. Just grab what you think is cool and go kill. Unlike MH, you have a shield irregardless of weapon choice. Kill is kill, block is block. Do not make weapon problem become shield problem. I personally chose the great sword, because I like how my female character carries a big weapon to beat the crap out of anything. Yes, I used a female character. So? Motivation, people. I love my great sword, like how I liked it in MH. Pure hack and slash, take the hits, and hit back harder. No brains required. Each weapon has 4 battle styles, which are unlocked along the way. You see, There are 3 things to level: first is your character's level(Duh!), your weapon skill level, and finally your magic level. The second one helps you unlock your battle styles, with highest level of 20. Magic level is still uncertain to me, all I know is that you cast, you gain experience. I'm pretty sure high levels allow you to upgrade your magic.

Ok, back to my battle styles. Let me tell you your buttons. Square button: normal attack(combo usually chains up to 5) which is basic and also allows pop up attack, X button: block(There's perfect block, btw), O button: cast your spell, Triangle button: battle style. O+Triangle: ultimate spell. Battle style is mainly some powerful move. For instance, one of my battle style is where I charge up my sword for a strike of delicious 500 damage. Usual hits are 50-100, so you can imagine how nice it is to see a 500 damage being done is one strike. Heck, I've done 800 before! Another battle style of great sword is where I use my sword to block for a short time. If, within that time, I get hit, I'd do 2 swift attacks on the enemy, kind of like how those Shinigami do phase step in Bleach. Your spell is just a simple spell, really, with spells of different elements to choose from. Lightning spell stuns, darkness spell slows down enemy, fire burns, and so on. Ultimate spell is where you use one of those previous boss monsters as yours to attack. I'm using Agni, the fire boss, currently. Different ultimate spell does different things. So far I've unlocked 2. The lightning guy zaps the enemy, and plants an orb in the centre of the map, which the enemies will focus on. Agni rolls and damages the enemy, stunning them for a while. Trust me, getting ultimate spells are not easy.

I must admit, the monster designs are really cool, like Rathalos kind of cool. In fact, one of the monsters in the game is bloody like Kirin. It's sounds like one, moves like one, attacks like one, even stones like one. Expect that it's yellow. The picture above is Bahumut. First time my friend and I tackled him, we died pathetically. A few hours later, I tried him solo and now I'm killing him for easy money.

Finishing blows are the final blows you do on a weaken enemy. Notice how the screen is slanted in the picture above? Well, it's not that the camera sucks, it's made that way. When your screen slants, it indicates that the monster is weak, and death is around the corner. You can just hack the enemy to death, in which the screen will show "Overkill". Nothing wrong with overkill, though.

That's the Kirin, fyi.

Bosses do not have finishing blows, but rather cinematic scenes. These are basically scenes of your character beating the shit out of the boss. However, you are to hit the right buttons in the process to ensure your cinematic scenes are successful.

Multiplayer works like MH, only downside: when you all complete the mission, only the host's is consider complete. Means you need to do the same mission again, just with a different host. This is not too bad, because you normally need to fight more than once to get the items you need.

So that is LoA for you people. Boy, typing so much sure is tiring!

Paranormal Activity 2 tonight! Cannot wait to scare the crap out of myself! :D

Miss jamming. 2 weeks without jamming already. Pfft.

View counts nearly 5000! Maybe I should treat the 5000th view something! hahaha

Virus On My Site?

I wanted to go to my blog and Malware told me my site had something potentially harmful. I'm not sure what it is but I doubt it's any big deal. Still, it would suck if I have to make a new blog just because this one is "infected" :(

Duty on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. The life of NSF. Regulars have their lives better at our expense. No respect for them...

New DotA 2 coming out! By IceFrog and Valve! Looks really nice!

Drow Ranger looks hot! Please let there be Clinkz!
